Aifer Education Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to use the applicant's photograph for promotional purposes, including but not limited to posters, websites, and YouTube, in relation to course outcomes.
If, in our judgement, you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any part of these Terms of Service, Aifer Education Pvt Ltd. may terminate this agreement without prior notice.FEE & OTHER DETAILS
The course fees offered by Aifer Education Pvt Ltd. vary based on the nature and structure of each course.

- All payments must be processed via the payment gateway available on our website.
- Refund requests must follow the guidelines set forth in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please review this policy carefully before registering for any of our services
- Aifer Education Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to deny refunds at its discretion.
- A full refund will be issued within 15 days from the date of payment notification. No refund requests will be considered after this period.
- Refunds will be issued only to the original account or card used for payment.
- No refunds will be processed via cheque or cash; all refunds will be conducted online.
- Transaction fees, service fees, or processing fees incurred by the customer will not be refunded.
- Multiple refund requests for the same order will not be entertained.
- No interest will be paid on any refunds.
- Aifer Education Pvt Ltd. is not responsible for any failure in communication due to incorrect or incomplete contact details provided by the customer.
- No refunds will be issued for registrations for short-term programs such as webinars and workshops after the completion of the program.
- Valid documentation, including an original invoice, must be provided for any refund claims.
- Our payment service provider will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred due to delays, interruptions, or failures in the payment process.
- Chargebacks will be processed only if Aifer Education Pvt Ltd. fails to provide the services for which payment was made.
- Once a cancellation request is processed, a full or partial refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 Working days.
- Aifer Education Pvt Ltd. retains the right to update the Refund and Cancellation Policy without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically before registering for any services.
- Any customer who claims a refund will no longer be eligible to continue the course. All associated services, including access to the specific course, will be terminated.
- Enrollment in any course constitutes acceptance of Aifer Education Pvt Ltd.'s refund policies.

- Students are responsible for staying informed by regularly checking for updates.
STUDENT FEEDBACK & GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
- Aifer Education Pvt Ltd. values student feedback and actively seeks to improve its services based on such input. The company’s decisions on any feedback or grievances shall be final and binding.
- All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts
DECLARATION BY THE STUDENT
By registering, I declare that:- I have read and understood the terms outlined above and am aware of the services Aifer Education Pvt Ltd. will provide.
- I grant permission to Aifer Education Pvt Ltd. to use my personal data and photos for promotional purposes.
- I have no objection to Aifer Education Pvt Ltd. publishing my photographs in newspapers or other promotional materials related to the course results.
- I understand that my performance in the course is dependent on my continued interest and active participation.
I further agree that I will fully comply with all decisions made by Aifer Education Pvt Ltd. with regards to the above procedures and understand that the same will not be subject to any review under any circumstances.
